Using a gift card

Once a gift card is purchased, you will receive an email with the gift card code. If a physical copy is needed, the digital gift card can also be downloaded and printed.

Gift card codes are can be inserted in the discount field when paying an invoice on a cerakote project, or in the shop on merch at checkout. When using a gift card.

IMPORTANT:

• Gift card can be used only once. If the total cart sum is lower than the gift card amount, the remainder can't be used while making another purchase. In other words, the user should use the whole gift card amount at once.

• It is possible to apply more than one gift card in one order.

• Gift cards do not cover shipping costs.

1. General Terms:

• By purchasing, receiving, or using a BDL e-gift card, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

• These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BDL. 

2. Card Value and Usage:

• The Card may be used for purchases of eligible goods and services at BDL online at www.blowndeadline.net

• The Card may be redeemed in full or in part, and any unused balance will remain on the Card for future use.

• The Card is not redeemable for cash or credit, and no change will be given for purchases exceeding the Card value.

• The Card cannot be resold, transferred for value, or used for any purpose other than those outlined herein. 

3. Security and Liability:

• Treat the Card as cash; BDL is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Cards.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Card details, including the Card code

• BDL is not liable for any unauthorized use of the Card, except where required by law.

• BDL reserves the right to suspend or cancel any Card if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity. 

5. Limitations:

• BDL reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice. 

• BDL reserves the right to refuse or cancel any Card purchase or redemption. 

• BDL makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Card, including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. 

• BDL 's sole liability for any non-functional Card shall be the replacement of such Card. 

• BDL is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of the Card. 

 6. Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Michigan

• Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Clinton Township, MI
